ABOUT THE OWNER
Meet Joshua, a passionate builder whose journey began in childhood with a fascination for creating functional structures. just 22, he took the helm of a construction crew at Champion Windows, mastering the art of building sunrooms and decks. By 2009, Joshua had risen to Production Manager, overseeing four departments, and in 2012, he realized his dream by founding 323 Construction. Now residing in Columbia with his wife and three children, he continues to lead his business with dedication, proudly serving on the Remodeling Council for the Columbia Builders Association and as a committed member of the National Home Builders.
